Conceptual outdoor living structure design that can be added to a preliminary pool design layout.
If you require an outdoor living structure for a swimming pool design this needs to be added to your preliminary pool design order. Not all projects require an outdoor structure and that is why this is a separate service we offer if you need it. This includes structures of conventional design as an add-on for patio covers, large pergolas, roof extensions, cabanas, pool house, and pavilions.

- Standalone (not including a pool) outdoor structure designs please contact us for a quote.
- Does NOT include outdoor kitchen by default.
- Does NOT include outdoor fireplace by default.
- This add-on will cover a wide range of structure styles within reason and with a few limitations.
- Must be purchased with a preliminary pool design
- Does NOT include roofing or framing detail plan or elevation views (those are added separately to construction plans if needed)
