No, we will never rush a pool design or pool construction plans.

Yes, we do a lot of remodel pool design ranging from simple material updates to structural design changes like adding a spa, new water features, etc.

After your initial purchase you will need to provide the following:

• 8 or more photos of the proposed pool area, back of the house, and proposed equipment location
• 1 Scanned at scale or digital property survey in PDF format
• 1 Basic concept hand sketch and specifications list
• 3max images you find useful for inspiration

We include 1 revision with each design. More than 1 revision will cost extra.

A revision is considered to be a slight modification of an existing design.

Major changes to a design will be considered a new design and will require a re-purchase of the standard package.

No, we do not run permits.

No, although we may show landscaping for illustration purposes we do not provide landscaping plans. You should work with a landscape professional to create a separate landscape plan that is based on our pool design layout.
